This 6 year lees-aged single vintage 2011 Methode Traditionnelle is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the rarer Pinot Meunier. The extended aging gives depth and presence which plays nicely with classic cool-climate crispness and nerve. Fresh flavors of apple and citrus with delicate bubbles and great palate cleansing acidity.
