Small batch co-ferment of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir. Skin contact for 7 weeks, then racked into old oak barrel for 5 months. Unfined, unfiltered and unsulphured. As natural as it gets. We then hand-stamped and hand-labelled the bottles. It's all vivid minerality, wild, and with lovely lifted floral notes plus a touch of spiciness.
